Nik Dhaliwal is an award winning licensed Residential Sales Representative with the Real Estate Board ofGreater Vancouver. He was born and raised in Vancouver and has been working as a successful realtor since2015. He also has 12 years of practical experience in the construction industry. Nik started his career in theconstruction field where he supervised new residential construction sites. Working as a projectcoordinator/manager allowed him to become knowledgeable of the building process, construction materials andoverall logistics of a high volume construction firm. Nik also operated a successful Hazmat company whichspecialized in the testing and removal of hazardous materials. During this time, he had an opportunity tofamiliarize himself with all types of new and old homes.
